Service Request Form
Service requests will be responded by the end of business day, during normal
business hours, 8 AM to 5 PM. After hours please call 832-300-2828 to reach our
technical assistance center (TAC). If no one is available please leave a message
and the ShoreTel system will notify the engineer on call.
Emergencies will be responded to within 4 hours.
